My book is called "The Supernaturalist." It was written by Eoin Colfer, the author of the Artemis Fowl series and "The
Wish List." He used to be an elementary school teacher. Now he lives in Ireland!
In this book of Mr. Colfer, a young orphan named Cosmo Hill is plunged into a world of theives and technology.
He discovers he has the ability to see creatures, creatures that SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF PEOPLE! No joke. He escapes
the orphanage and joins a group of people like him, called the Supernaturalists.

My book
Cosmo Hill is the main character, obviously, and he starts out looking and acting pretty normal. When the Supernaturalists
find Cosmo, he's in a very bad way, and they save his life. However, in the process, they perform surgery that ends
up deforming him, and he's pretty ugly for the rest of the book. Cosmo spends most of his time after that trying to
become "part of the group." He proves himself by helping to fight these creatures. I would like to be him, because he
gets the chick in the end. I would like to be his friend because he saves everybody's life several times...and it's
always good to have a friend like that.
This book had no message! It was awesome! All action, no substance. It's about time somebody wrote
a book like that...
